As I look back on our first year, I am filled with gratitude. Thanks to the generosity of friends and supporters like you, The Musa Project raised more than $330,000 in 2025. With Hal Tilbury’s matching gift, that impact increased to $580,000.

After months of preparation, The Musa Project is ready to ship our first container of life-saving medical equipment to Uganda in partnership with Project C.U.R.E.!

In late May, Dr. Musa Kayondo and his team held a fistula camp in Mbarara, Uganda. Over the course of seven days, they screened more than 70 women and performed 44 life-restoring surgeries.

Here at The Musa Project, we look forward to the day when obstetric fistula is a thing of the past. A day when every woman, no matter where she lives, has access to safe, dignified childbirth.

Your gift supports women seeking care for severe childbirth injuries by expanding access to surgery, training, and hospital capacity so more women can heal and rebuild their lives.
